All used music and studio equipment sold at MusicNeeds.co.za includes a 6-month limited warranty covering verified internal hardware faults under normal use.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

🎛 What’s Covered

• Internal electronic component failure
• Power supply faults under normal use
• Audio output or input malfunction not caused by impact or liquid damage
• Unexpected hardware failure of tested components
• Faulty knobs, faders, or switches (if not physically damaged)

All equipment is tested before sale. Warranty covers hardware faults only, not wear from regular use.

🔍 Inspection & Verification Process

• All equipment is tested, photographed, and serial-number recorded before dispatch
• Condition and functionality are logged prior to shipping
• Returned items are fully inspected and tested before approval
• If components are removed, replaced, opened, or tampered with, warranty is void

🔁 7-Day Fault-on-Arrival Policy

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, report it within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be returned in original condition
• No additional physical damage
• No signs of tampering
• All cables and accessories included

Music Needs reserves the right to test and verify all claims before issuing a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed only after inspection and confirmation of fault.

⚠️ Abuse Prevention Policy

• Refuse warranty claims where misuse or overloading is detected
• Charge a diagnostic fee if no fault is found
• Deny returns where damage occurred after delivery
• Blacklist fraudulent or abusive buyers

All warranty decisions are based on technical testing and recorded condition prior to dispatch.
