Processing Time

• All products listed on our website are ready for immediate shipping.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates

• Flat rate shipping: R150 anywhere in South Africa.
• This fee includes secure packaging and full tracking for your order.

Delivery Times

• We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries.
• Overnight shipping is available to most major cities and towns, depending on your location and courier service availability.
• Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days for major cities and 2–5 business days for outlying areas.

Overnight Shipping

• If your location is eligible for overnight delivery, your order will be shipped on this service automatically at no extra cost.
• Overnight delivery is subject to The Courier Guy’s network coverage and may not apply to remote areas.

Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery.

Additional Information

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your package.
• We do not currently offer weekend deliveries.
